1 on 1 Training:

1 on 1 training sessions with tailored workouts for your specific needs. Whether you are just picking up the weights for the first time or you have been working out for years, this is the best way to take it to the next level. Think of it like going to higher education, we may start at a high school level and work all the way to a masters degree in your body. Working together we will get the results you want faster and more efficiently than ever before - hopefully inspiring motivation and enthusiasm as you experience results. I truly train my clients like it is my own body. My goal is to know every strength and weakness, and build your body to be balanced, strong, lean and efficient. The type of body that sets you up for a lifetime of health and happiness enjoying movement injury free and feeling great in your own skin.

Small Groups:

With all the same benefits of 1 on 1 personal training, enjoy a workout with a friend or partner and get results together! In general I limit the training session to 2-3 people, that way I can still deliver individual attention to your exercise form and technique and able to answer questions as the training sessions go. Larger class sessions are not my style, I am 100% about results and giving my all to my clients. Most gyms will run big classes and tell you what to do, but not pay any attention to the many things you may be doing incorrectly. This can lead to lack of results and obviously much worse, injury. I strive to deliver the same attention and benefits of 1 on 1 training in my small group training sessions and have a good many clients that really enjoy this style of training.

Virtual Coaching:

Not near me but still want to work with me? We still can work together through virtual coaching. You are unique and individual attention + coaching is the best way to achieving optimal results. Don’t settle for copy and paste programs. Talk, text, email, FaceTime - we get to the real reasons you’re not getting results. Having a strong coach who keeps you on track and focused on your goals is important.
